Cupcakes for a Cause

I had the opportunity to participate in a nationwide event known as: Cupcakes for a Cause. It was a BIG undertaking, but with help from family and friends we pulled it off! The original goal was $200. We raised over $1400!! What a GREAT experience this was! It only made my love of baking that much stronger!

That same weekend I made an additional 800 mini cupcakes for my nieces wedding!

The Start of it All...

My neighbor asked if I would help her go with a non-traditional wedding cake and make cupcakes instead. In an attempt to find the perfect flavors, I experimented A LOT. Once the wedding was over, I continued to find and tweek recipes I wanted to try. The rest is history...
